Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement. - Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Income-tax laws.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage and process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer payments. - Ensure timely payment to vendors and follow-up on outstanding receivables.
3. Taxation: -
Prepare and file tax returns, including Income-tax, GST, and other statutory returns. - Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
4. Financial Analysis and Reporting: -
Analyze financial data to provide insights on business performance. - Prepare and present financial reports to management.
5. Internal Controls and Audits: -
Ensure implementation of internal controls and procedures. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
