Job Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations: accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Handle

project-based accounting

: job costing, budgeting, and expense tracking. Monitor

client billing, vendor payments, and subcontractor accounts

. Prepare and review

financial statements

, profit & loss, balance sheets, and MIS reports. Ensure

GST, TDS, and other tax compliances

and file returns on time. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policy. Handle

petty cash

, payroll support, and expense reimbursements. Liaise with project managers for

cost controls and variance analysis

. Support procurement and admin teams on vendor-related financial matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).

3-5 years of accounting experience

, preferably in

interior design, construction, or fit-out companies

. Strong understanding of

project costing and contractor billing systems

. Proficiency in accounting software like

Tally, QuickBooks, Pact software

, or ERP systems. Sound knowledge of

GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws

. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with

BOQ-based billing

and

work completion-based invoicing

. Knowledge of

RERA compliance

(if applicable). Experience working with

vendors, contractors, and site engineers

.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
