Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record-Keeping: Record financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy of financial data.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

- Audits and Compliance: Perform audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide financial insights to management.

- Tax Planning: Provide tax planning services, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Essential Skills:

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify financial discrepancies and provide solutions.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present financial data to stakeholders.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.

- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Ethical Behavior: Demonstrate ethical behavior, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial information.

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.

- Certifications: Certifications like Tally, GST, Zoho book or equivalent are preferred.
