Key Responsibilities
Maintain
books of accounts
using Tally / accounting software
Prepare and manage
client invoices
, credit notes, and receipts
Track
event-wise budgets, expenses, and profitability
Handle
vendor bills
, payment scheduling, and reconciliation
Manage
GST compliance
- GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, TDS, returns, and filings
Coordinate with
auditors
for monthly and annual closing
Handle
petty cash
and expense reimbursements
Maintain
bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Support
payroll processing
, attendance coordination, and statutory deductions
Prepare
MIS reports
, cash flow statements, and monthly summaries for management
Ensure proper documentation for
POs, agreements, and expense proofs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
Hands-on experience with
Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Experience in
event management / advertising / BTL agency
preferred
Good understanding of
costing, budgeting, and vendor management
Strong attention to detail and compliance
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
