We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Accountant
to manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, GST filings, cash flow tracking, and inventory accounting. The candidate must be disciplined, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain daily accounts in
Tally / Zoho Books / ERP
Record purchase, sales, journal entries, credit notes, debit notes
Maintain ledgers, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet
Monitor petty cash & bank reconciliation (BRS)
2. GST & Taxation
Prepare and file
GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Verify input tax credit (ITC)
Handle e-way bills & e-invoicing (if applicable)
Coordinate with auditors for monthly/quarterly filings
3. Bank & Payment Handling
Handle vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and online banking
Maintain outstanding receivables & payables
Follow-up with customers for overdue payments
4. Inventory & Costing
Work with store/warehouse team to maintain stock accuracy
Assist with costing of products, raw materials, and finished goods
Support purchase department with GRN and inward/outward accounting
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders, challans
Support in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS - if required)
Maintain monthly MIS reports for management
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Any ERP
Good understanding of GST & accounting principles
MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic formulas)
Good communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Eligibility
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
1-5 years experience in accounts
