Maintain daily accounts and financial records (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments).
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as required.
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing and reporting.
Coordinate with external auditors, CA, and vendors for financial documentation.
Manage payroll preparation and maintain employee attendance/leave records.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee files, and record keeping.
Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficient in
Tally / MS Excel / MS Office
and familiarity with accounting standards.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic HR processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Female candidates preferred.
