Job Description

Role Overview:

Responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting, ledgers, project billing, and vendor reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts in Tally or ERP for all EPC projects.

Prepare and process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

Manage project-wise expense tracking and cost allocation.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory returns under supervision of Finance Manager.

Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and project advances.

Support internal and statutory audits.

Prepare periodic MIS and support project teams with costing data.

Qualifications & Skills

:

B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA with 3-6 years of experience in EPC, construction, or manufacturing industry.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.

Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP.

Strong attention to detail and time management.
