Job Purpose:

To manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the Accounts & Finance department in day-to-day operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Record all daily

bank transactions

and prepare

bank reconciliation

statements.

Check and verify

sales bills

with proper supporting documents.

Prepare, verify, and maintain

petty cash vouchers

.

Manage

Against Reference (Agst Ref)

entries correctly in

Tally ERP

.

Perform

GSTR-2B reconciliation

and resolve any mismatches in input tax credit.

Reconcile

supplier ledgers

and confirm balances with statements.

Maintain all

accounting files and vouchers

in proper order.

Support senior accountants during

audit and month-end closing

.

Requirements:

2-3 years

of experience in accounting work.

Good knowledge of

Tally ERP

and

GST compliance

.

Strong skills in

reconciliation

and attention to detail.

Able to handle

cash and bank entries

independently.

Good communication and coordination with team members and vendors.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / Any Accounting or Finance Degree
