Job responsibilities:
Develop Maintain company accounts and Manage office admin works
Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Coordinating with auditors for annual audits.
Managing payroll and employee reimbursements.
Assisting management in budgeting and cost control.
Reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash.
Maintaining attendance register for staffs.
Following clients for payments.
Following vendors for Invoices.
Following site supervisors for bills / vouchers
Filing of GST Invoices and bills.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting
Candidate should be proficiency in Tally / MS Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting standards and tax compliance.
3 to 5 years of work experience
A solid portfolio of work
Ability to work in an office setting all day
