Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Accountant to handle end-to-end financial operations, taxation, and compliance for real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Handle GST , TDS, and Income Tax filings.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
Prepare MIS reports, assist in audits, and ensure statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
Requirements

MBA in Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA.
Proficient in Tally, ERP/SAP, and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
