Position: Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other financial reports. Handle GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings as per statutory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies. Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost control. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations. Manage invoices, receipts, and payment schedules. Support payroll processing and ensure timely disbursements. Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com or CA Inter preferred). 1-3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
