About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Accountant

to manage our company's day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations, including

journal entries, invoices, reconciliations

, and

bookkeeping

. Maintain accurate

books of accounts in Tally (or ERP systems)

. Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

, including

Cash Flow, P&L, and Balance Sheet

. Handle

vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash

. Process

AP/AR

and manage

SBI stock summaries

. Oversee

GST filing

,

TDS payment and return filing

, and

Form 16 & 16A

preparation. Manage

EPF filings, payments, and payroll

, including

payslip generation and salary processing

. Calculate

income tax for employees

and manage

loan interest calculations

. Coordinate

audit closure

, including responses to auditor queries. Assist in

budgeting, expense tracking

, and

financial planning

. Support

management with financial details for applications and compliance requests

. Initiate

payments

, ensure accuracy, and maintain transaction records. Participate in

review meetings

and provide timely financial insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

2- 3 years of Work Experience in an accounting firm or a startup company Proficiency in

Tally, MS Excel

, and understanding of

GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
