Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable). Manage end-to-end vendor billing, employee reimbursements, and customer invoicing and payment follow-up. Review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements from a financial perspective. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks for financial operations. Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts. Prepare and manage audit schedules, supporting documents, and liaison with statutory/internal auditors. Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Income Tax filings are done on time. Maintain compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and other statutory requirements. Process monthly payroll in coordination with HR Team. Assist management in cash flow projections and working capital planning.

Requirements

Master's or bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent degree. 2-3 years of strong experience in accounts, finance, and compliance. Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxes, and Corporate Finance. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot), ERP (Tally/SAP/QuickBooks/Zoho Books) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and deadlines.
