Maintain day-to-day accounting including vouchers, receipts, payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable/receivable with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, and prepare project-wise expense reports.
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) and coordinate with external auditors when required.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.
Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, leave records, employee files, and office documentation.
Support procurement by preparing purchase orders, tracking stock/material records, and coordinating with site staff and vendors.
Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, stationery, utilities, and general admin support.
Prepare reports, letters, and assist management with meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination.
