We are looking for a

Male Accountant

with at least 5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations at our

Farm House

. Candidates with experience in agricultural or farm-related accounting will be preferred.

Retired professionals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of

farm expenses, income, and inventory

. Manage

day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger entries, and bank transactions

. Handle

cash flow, petty cash

, and payment processing for vendors and labor. Prepare and maintain

monthly and annual financial reports

. Manage

billing, invoices, receipts, and GST-related documentation

. Coordinate with external auditors, CA, or consultants for tax filing and compliance. Monitor

inventory of seeds, fertilizers, equipment, and other farm materials

. Assist in

budgeting and financial planning

for farm operations. Ensure

proper documentation

of all financial transactions and maintain physical & digital records. Liaise with banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders when required.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of accounting experience

, preferably in an agriculture or rural setup. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred. Good knowledge of

Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software

. Familiar with

GST, TDS, and basic taxation compliance

. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
