Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Filing

Monthly GST filings - GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) filing PF payable tracking and remittance Insurance renewal (WC policy)
Bookkeeping& Accounting

Update daily expenses in Excel Maintain Tally Prime - post all Sales, Purchases, Journal entries, and Bank transactions Reconcile India & International bank statements Maintain petty cash records Maintain asset list and corresponding documents Prepare and update monthly salary sheets
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of GST, ITR, and Indian tax compliance Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and also collaborate across teams Strong attention to detail and time management Proactive self-learner with a problem-solving mindset
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Familiarity with startup environment is a plus
