In this position you will support the Finance Department in the day to day business activities and contribute in efficiently managing the finance and accounting functions up to finalization, including general ledger accounting, customer invoicing, cash flow, expense recording.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Monitor and interpret cash flows
Accumulate and analyze financial data through Management Information Systems (MIS) in order to make sound financial management decisions in running the business
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plan
Control inventories effectively through requirement forecasting and monitor the physical movement of stocks
Perform month end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Bold personality, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
Minimum 5+ years' experience in any construction/manufacturing industry
Bcom / Mcom from a recognized University preferred
