Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: 1-3 years
Salary: ?18,000 - ?30,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
Handle accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations
Prepare invoices and follow up with clients for payments
Maintain petty cash and update daily cash book
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports
Coordinate with auditors and support in finalization of accounts
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
Update ledgers, trial balance, and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and time management skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Educational Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
