Job Summary:
The Finance Admin is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial operations. The role involves maintaining financial records, handling transactions, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team with day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and documents (vouchers, invoices, receipts, etc.).
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including data entry, payments, and collections.
Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost control measures.
Process payroll in coordination with the HR team.
Coordinate with vendors, banks, and auditors as required.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and petty cash.
Ensure compliance with statutory tax and financial regulations (GST, TDS, income tax filings, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records.
Support internal audits and financial reviews.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
