Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain financial accuracy for our growing industrial manufacturing business. Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, and handling accounts in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting:

Maintain accurate records of

sales

,

purchases

,

petty cash

, and

expenses

Create and manage

Tax Invoices

,

Delivery Challans (DCs)

, and

Quotations

Perform

journal entries

,

contra

,

bank entries

, and

adjustments

Manage

accounts payable and receivable

Tax & Compliance:

Prepare and file

GST returns

,

TDS

,

PF

,

ESI

and

e-way bills

Ensure timely

reconciliation of GST input credits

and vendor bills Assist with

audits

and maintain compliance documentation
Financial Reporting:

Assist in the

preparation of P&L

,

balance sheet

, and

cash flow statements

Prepare

monthly MIS reports

for management review Bank reconciliation and monitoring

outstanding payments

Coordination:

Coordinate with sales, stores, purchase, and production departments Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax consultants Support management in budgeting and costing exercises.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in handling

accounts for a manufacturing/industrial unit

Familiar with

GST laws

E-Invoicing

, and

Statutory Audits

Strong knowledge of

basic accounting principles

and

bookkeeping

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
