Job Description

Accountant will be responsible for handling all customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales and service departments by ensuring efficient and accurate processing of payments. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Process all forms of payment (cash, credit/debit cards, checks) for vehicle purchases, repairs, and service transactions. Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required by company policies. Maintain accurate transaction records and handle cash drawer with accuracy. Provide customers with invoices, receipts, and applicable warranty or service documentation. Assist in resolving customer billing inquiries or payment issues in a timely manner. Ensure all transactions are recorded in the dealership's accounting system. Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliation and ensure accuracy of the cash drawer. Work with the sales team to finalize vehicle purchases, including trade-ins and financing options. Adhere to dealership policies and procedures regarding payment processing and customer interactions.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
