Kinkob Kreations, a leading textile manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated Accountant & Store Manager to oversee store operations and manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will handle inventory, supervise textile production, and manage accounts including billing, dispatch entries, purchase & sales records in Tally Prime.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Billing:
Record daily purchase and sales transactions in Tally Prime.
Manage billing, dispatch entries, and tax invoice preparation.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate ledgers.
Handle all accounting entries including payments, receipts, and journals.
Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and audit documentation.
Process cheques, RTGS/NEFT payments, and update ERP systems.
Maintain payment records and support statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
Storekeeping & Supervision:
Maintain accurate records of textiles, raw materials, and finished goods.
Perform regular stock checks and update inventory in the system.
Handle receiving, inspection, and storage of materials.
Coordinate timely procurement and inventory replenishment.
Supervise production workflow and ensure quality control.
Assign daily tasks to store/production staff and monitor performance.
Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Address issues related to storage, fabric quality, and production delays.
