Responsible for managing full accounting functions and financial compliance for real estate projects, ensuring accuracy in project costing, billing, and financial reporting.
Key Duties:
Handle day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
Manage client billing, RERA compliance documentation (if applicable).
Monitor project-wise costing, advances, receivables & vendor payments.
Prepare GST, TDS returns, bank reconciliation & monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors, site teams and management for financial data.
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com with 4-8 years experience in Real Estate / Construction accounts.
Proficient in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of taxation, invoicing and project cost tracking.
Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
