Job Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts
Billing and invoicing as per company procedures
Handle dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans
Coordinate with transporters and logistics vendors
Maintain dispatch registers and MIS reports
Manage store accounting and inventory records
GRN entry, material inward/outward records, and stock reconciliation
Coordinate with purchase, production, and stores departments
Assist in GST-related documentation and compliance
Work on Tally software
Preferred Skills:
Experience in manufacturing / industrial environment
Good knowledge of accounting, dispatch, and store operations
Strong coordination and documentation skills
Note:
Candidates with combined experience in
accounts, dispatch, and store operations
will be preferred.
