Experience: 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Cost accounting in ERP related to Terminal, Vendor, and Admin costs.
Bank payment entries in the ERP.
Validation and entry of petty cash vouchers in the ERP.
Inter-branch related accounting.
Account reconciliations, including creditors' accounts.
Experience: 3-5 years.
Responsibilities:
Cost and revenue updating in the agency and principal systems in line with the agency agreement.
Preparation and circulation of Statements of Accounts (SOA) to principals, and coordination for remittances based on approved SOAs.
Revenue and cost reconciliation, including JOB reconciliations for PAN India.
Conducting ledger scrutiny for debtors, creditors and all profit-and-loss ledgers.
Assisting in the preparation and analysis of management reports.
Ensuring accurate month-end and year-end closing activities
Prior experience with an NVOCC or Shipping Line, along with a strong understanding of port cost components, operational processes, and good command over Excel, will be preferred
