The Accounts Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team in smooth business operations.
Main Responsibilities
Record daily sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Maintain books of accounts (Ledger, Cash Book, Journal Entries).
Prepare and update purchase, sales, and stock records.
Handle vendor payments and follow up on receivables.
Assist in preparing monthly salary statements (if required).
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory calculations.
Prepare basic financial reports (MIS reports).
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors.
Ensure accurate documentation and file management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
1-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
Good knowledge of Tally / Excel / Accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
For Senior Position
Age - 35 year+
Minimum - 7 years experience
For Executive Position
Minimum - 1.5 years experience
