Our clients include monthly retainer brands and project-based businesses, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

accountant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial activities, ensure compliance with tax regulations (including GST), and maintain accurate records for both

retainer clients

and

campaign-based projects

.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file

GST returns

on a timely basis Generate

invoices

for clients and track receivables Maintain records of

monthly recurring expenses

for retainer clients Track

project-specific campaign costs

and prepare

profit vs. expense reports

Maintain accurate books of accounts and assist with reconciliations Collaborate with operations and client servicing teams for budget and billing coordination Ensure documentation and records are organized for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role Proficiency in Tally, Excel, or any modern accounting software Knowledge of Indian GST and tax filing processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

Preferred

Experience working in or with marketing/advertising agencies Familiarity with project-based accounting or campaign budgeting
