Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior Accountant

with at least

3 years of professional accounting experience

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including

accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

Prepare and review

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with

accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)

and company policies Handle

tax calculations, filings, and audits

in coordination with external auditors or consultants Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation Assist in

budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis

Monitor cash flow and prepare management reports for decision-making Support process improvements to enhance accounting accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and taxation laws

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field Minimum

3 years of experience

in accounting or financial management Strong knowledge of

Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software

Solid understanding of

financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance

Proficient in

MS Excel

and financial analysis Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Professional certification (e.g.,

CA Inter, CMA, CPA

) is an advantage Experience in

MIS reporting and financial data analysis

Knowledge of

payroll processing and statutory compliance

(PF, ESI, TDS, GST) Exposure to

ERP systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
