Accountant
who can handle financial management and operational responsibilities with precision and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day
accounts and finance operations
.
Monitor and implement
cost control measures
to ensure financial efficiency.
Handle
banking activities
including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
Carry out
collections from clients/vendors
and ensure timely settlements.
Conduct
stock audits
across multiple storage facilities located in different parts of the city.
Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
Assist management in preparing budgets, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, audits, etc.).
Support outdoor financial and administrative chores as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum
8 years of proven experience
in accounting and finance management.
Strong exposure to
cost control and financial planning
.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Office.
Valid 2-wheeler driving license
is mandatory;
4-wheeler license
will be an added advantage.
Must be willing to travel within the city for banking, collections, and stock audit purposes.
Candidates residing
within reachable distance to the office (Trivandrum)
preferred.
