Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage daily accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Handle GST calculations, filing, and compliance as per government regulations. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Support payroll processing and employee expense management. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an educational institute or training center is a plus.
