Job Description

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

Account Planning: Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and client satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and working to achieve sales targets.

Client Needs Assessment: Understanding client needs and effectively communicating how the company's products or services can meet those needs.

Coordination and Communication: Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of client requests.

Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.

Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts.

Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to management on account status and performance.

Team Leadership: May involve mentoring or supervising junior account executives.
