Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts.
Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to management on account status and performance.
Team Leadership: May involve mentoring or supervising junior account executives.
