Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue accurate quotations and sales proposals for clients.
Enter and maintain sales and customer data in the company's system.
Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Generate and pursue new sales leads to expand the client base.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Support the accounts department with invoicing, payment tracking, and related documentation.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
