with experience of SAGE INTACCT Software working knowledge.

CA or

accounting graduate/postgraduate

with 2-5 years of Record to report experience.

Sage Intacct

experience is must. Book keeping, P&L , Vendor setup experience is must.

Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on position that requires transaction processing and account reconciliation skills. Duties include:

Review monthly journal entries prepared by support staff for prepaid expenses, fixed asset, accrued expenses, payroll, and or inventory transactions, as applicable, in an accurate and timely manner Understands the purpose of reconciliations. Approves bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations Prepare/Review clients monthly financial statements including month over month variance analysis and or actual to budget analysis Analyze and interpret financial information for client management and provide actionable insight and decision support Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the clients monthly operations make suggestions for process improvements Define and document repeatable methodologies with appropriate tools and templates that can be leveraged for future projects. Understand our technology stack and identify additional add-on processes, systems, modules and integrations that can drive month end close efficiencies.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's in accounting or finance is required Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must (proactively communicates status, issues, conflicts, and priorities up, down and across the engagement team) Ability to balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously plus excellent analytical and decision making skills Experience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm or other professional services environment preferred but not required Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills along with the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to change effectively Experience with automated accounting systems (i.e. Intacct ) Blackline experience preferred
We are seeking a highly skilled Controller with strong expertise in "Sage Intacct", accounting system setup, and restaurant financials. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, implementing best-in-class systems, and providing accurate, timely reporting to support decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting. Lead the setup, optimization, and ongoing management of Sage Intacct accounting systems. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Provide actionable insights into restaurant financial performance, including COGS, labor costs, and operating expenses. Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to drive profitability and efficiency.

Experience in backend accounting for US based Business would be preferred.

Cab facility available for Female employees.

Shift timing - 5.30 pm to 2.30 am ( Monday to Friday ) Sat & Sun will be fix off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
