Record purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries in Tally.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy in daily postings.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes.
2. Factory & Inventory Accounting
Coordinate with the store department for stock movement.
Manage raw material, finished goods, and wastage entries.
Update GRN, stock transfer, and consumption details.
3. Banking & Payments
Handle vendor payments, cheque entries, and online banking transactions.
Perform bank reconciliation daily/weekly.
Track receivables and follow up for payments.
4. Taxation & Compliance Support
Prepare data for
GST filing
, purchase reconciliation, and GSTR reports.
Assist in TDS working and quarterly filings.
Support external auditors during audit and financial review.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare MIS reports as required by management.
Coordinate with purchase, store, and production teams for accounting clarity.
Maintain documentation for compliance and record-keeping.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP
, Excel, and accounting principles.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory norms.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
