Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain books of accounts including
cash, bank, journal entries, and ledgers
Record and verify
purchase, sales, and expense entries
Perform
bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
regularly
Maintain
vendor and customer accounts
Billing & Payments
Prepare
sales invoices, receipts, and debit/credit notes
Process
vendor payments
after proper verification and approvals
Track
customer collections
and outstanding dues
Statutory Compliance & Taxation
Assist in
GST compliance
including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations
Handle
TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings
Maintain records for
Income Tax, PF, ESI
coordination (if applicable)
Real Estate-Specific Responsibilities
Maintain
project-wise accounting
and cost tracking
Track
construction expenses
, advances, and contractor bills
Assist in
RERA-related financial reporting
Support
agreement value, demand letters, and receivable tracking
MIS & Reporting
Prepare
monthly MIS reports
for management
Assist in
audit preparation
and respond to auditor queries
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Qualifications & Experience
B.Com / M.Com
(CA-Inter / CMA-Inter preferred)
2-5 years
of accounting experience, preferably in
real estate / construction
Practical knowledge of
GST and TDS
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
accounts and taxation
Proficiency in
Tally / ERP systems
and
MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle deadlines and multiple tasks
