Accountant

to join our team and handle the financial and operational accounting needs of our cinema.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day financial records including income, expenses, and petty cash Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow Manage vendor payments and follow up on receivables Coordinate with external auditors during audits Monitor daily sales, cafe revenue, and ticket collections Maintain proper records of fixed assets and depreciation Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and cinema licensing norms

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, B.Com / M.Com 4-5 years of accounting experience (experience in hospitality, retail, or cinema industry is a plus) Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
