Green Feast is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage our financial records, daily accounting tasks, and support overall financial health. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping using
Tally
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare GST reports, invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment summaries
Monitor daily sales, expenses, vendor payments, and cash flow
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain employee salaries, attendance, and petty cash records
Coordinate with management for budgeting, audits, and financial planning
Ensure all accounting processes comply with company policies and statutory regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (F&B/hospitality industry preferred)
Proficiency in Tally (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles & taxation (GST, TDS)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
Strong communication and record-keeping skills
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
Experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen accounting
Knowledge of inventory management and cost tracking
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
