Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

who can handle complete accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

day-to-day accounting, GST, taxation, bank reconciliation, sales & purchase entries, audits, and e-billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain

daily accounting operations

and financial records. Handle

sales, purchase, and expense entries

in accounting software. Prepare and manage

debit & credit notes

and maintain ledger accounts. Perform

bank reconciliation

and ensure accurate transaction records. Handle

GST filing, TDS, and tax compliance

activities. Assist in

internal and external audits

with proper documentation. Generate and manage

e-bills, invoices, and payment receipts

. Prepare

monthly financial reports

, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets. Ensure timely payment follow-ups and vendor reconciliation. Support the management in

budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of

Tally / Zoho Books / Excel / any accounting software.

Sound understanding of

GST, TDS, taxation, and audit processes.

Good analytical and numerical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills.
