Our operations combine creativity with structured business systems, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage financial records, project budgets, and day-to-day company accounting efficiently.

Role Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for managing company finances, maintaining books of accounts, handling client and vendor payments, ensuring compliance, and supporting production and digital teams with accurate financial data.

This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multi-project accounting in a creative business setup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting Operations

Record all financial transactions in Tally or accounting software. Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation records. Handle billing, invoicing, vendor payments, and receipts.
2. Production & Project Accounting

Track budgets for ongoing shoots, studio bookings, and digital marketing projects. Coordinate with project managers to ensure cost control and timely settlements. Maintain petty cash and expense records for shoots and production units.
3. Financial Management & Reporting

Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and expense summaries. Reconcile bank accounts, cash books, and vendor/client ledgers. Handle client GST billing and payment follow-ups.
4. Compliance & Coordination

Manage GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliances with CA support. Assist in vendor onboarding and agreement documentation. Coordinate with external auditors or consultants as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA-Inter preferred). 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance (media, production, or service industry preferred). Proficient in Tally, Excel, and MS Office. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, punctual, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
