We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns as required, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that financial records match bank statements.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Required Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with tax preparation and filing (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
