Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and support the annual audit process.
Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-4 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel for official work as required.
