Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior Accountant

to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial records, assist in budgeting and audits, and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Ensure timely completion of monthly closing and reporting processes. Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, variances, and trends. Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all financial practices comply with regulations. Manage tax filings, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of financial transactions. Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance and mentorship. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master's or CA Inter preferred). Minimum

5-7 years

of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
