Key Responsibilities
Maintain
day-to-day accounts
, cash book, bank book, and ledgers
Handle
billing entries
, sales reconciliation (store & online)
Manage
expenses, payments, and vendor accounts
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Handle
GST filing
, returns, and compliance
Coordinate with
CA for audits, tax matters, and statutory filings
Track
inventory value, stock adjustments, and purchase entries
Monitor
outstanding receivables and payables
Ensure accurate
cash flow tracking and control
Support management with
financial insights and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
2+ years
of experience as an Accountant (Retail experience preferred)
Working knowledge of
GST, Tally, Excel
, and basic accounting software
Experience handling
retail store accounts
is a strong plus
High level of
accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
