Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using
QuickBooks
and
Zoho Books
.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
Willingness and ability to work during
U.S. business hours (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST)
Requirements
Minimum
3-4 years of accounting experience
.
Strong proficiency in
QuickBooks
and
Zoho
.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
; experience with other accounting software is a plus.
