Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate books of accounts
Reconcile marketplace sales, returns, and payment reports (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
Track vendor payments, purchases, and operational expenses
Prepare monthly P&L statements and financial summaries
Coordinate with management for audit and budget discussions
Conduct on-site accounting tasks during scheduled office visits
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and online marketplace reconciliation
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting tools
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Work Schedule:
Part-time role with flexible hours
Office visits: 2-3 times a month
