Accountant - Receivables
Full time, Hybrid, India
In this role , you will be playing a key role in the correct accounting of all AR-related records. You will Supports and make part of credit control activities to maintain our cash inflow at the required level. You will process bank statements - allocation of amounts received to the correct outstanding items - as an important task to have the most effective credit control process. In addition, you support the monthly closing process by ensuring that items on the month-end checklist are processed promptly and accurately.
As a Accountant - Receivables, you will

• Perform balance sheet management/reconciliation and being owner of certain general ledger accounts
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts and conduct necessary account analysis and research
• Support with the manual invoicing process so that external clients and our internal departments (intercompany) receive the correct invoices on time.
• Process and reconcile bank statements
• Support manager FSS AR with various AR related accounting tasks so that the general ledger accounts are completely and properly cleared and cleaned

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• Relavent years of experience in AR accounting/general accounting
• Proficiency with ERPs and MS-office required
• Proficiency in SAP (FICO) preferred
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
