Company Description The SoundTrack Caf is a unique caf in Pune that combines excellent coffee with independent music. The caf exclusively features original and unheard compositions from independent artists, reflecting their passion for originality and courage to go independent. The caf is dedicated to inspiring and promoting independent artists from all over India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing balance sheets, budget reports, and financial forecasts. They will also be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and complying with financial regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance Additional qualifications such as knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws would be beneficial. The ideal candidate should also possess a passion for music and support the caf \'s independent music scene.
