Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with proven expertise in Tally Prime. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely reporting to auditors. This role requires both technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills to support smooth financial functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Tally Prime Expertise: Minimum 2-3 years of complete experience in Tally Prime software.

Purchase and Sales Entries: Accurately record and manage purchase and sales transactions.

Voucher Management: Handle payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers.

Stock Maintenance: Monitor and update inventory levels and stock valuation.

Profit & Loss Sheet Preparation: Generate monthly P&L statements and assist in financial analysis.

Auditor Coordination: Prepare and send monthly reports to the auditor.

Cash and Bank Handling: Manage cash transactions and perform bank reconciliations.

Basic Skills:

Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in financial entries and reports.

Time Management: Meets deadlines and handles multiple tasks efficiently.

Integrity and Confidentiality: Maintains trust and discretion in financial matters.

Communication Skills: Clearly conveys financial information to internal and external stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Keeps records and documentation audit-ready.

Team Collaboration: Works cooperatively with other departments.
