Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end accounting
for farm operations
Record and monitor
daily operational expenses
accurately
Handle
all bank-related activities
, including project approvals, payments, receipts, and reconciliations
Maintain proper records of:
Cash and bank transactions
Vendor payments and bills
Expenses and ledgers
Prepare financial reports
, including:
Monthly and quarterly Profit & Loss statements
Cash flow statements
Expense summaries and cost analysis
Track budgets and provide variance analysis
Support management with
clear financial insights
for decision-making
Ensure proper documentation for audits, loans, and compliance requirements
Maintain accuracy, transparency, and timely financial reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to prepare financial reports independently
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and accounting software (Tally preferred)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good communication skills and professional work ethic
Preferred Experience:
Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or operations-based businesses
Knowledge of
GST, Income tax and statutory compliance
