Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant(WFO)

for Mohali branch

to manage financial records, ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and support financial decision-making for our growing eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger and sub-ledgers Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Handle accounts payable/receivable, inventory, and bank reconciliations Assist with tax filings and compliance with U.S. GAAP Analyze financial data to improve profitability Work closely with operations and marketing to track expenses and ROI Manage sales tax filings across multiple U.S. states

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-3 years of accounting experience (preferably in eCommerce or retail) Strong knowledge of

QuickBooks

,

Xero

, or

NetSuite

Understanding of U.S. sales tax and eCommerce accounting practices Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication in English

Preferred:

Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart or other eCommerce platforms Familiarity with tools like A2X, Avalara, Gusto, Bill.com

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
